Account Deletion

We understand people's right to privacy. If you'd like to delete your account with us, simply send an email to CustomerCare@OrchidCo.com . Please include your name and password used to create the account. This is our way of verifying that you are, in fact, the true account holder.

Most accounts are deleted within a few hours. We'll be sure to send you an email confirming the cancellation once it is complete.

Please note that it is our company policy to not retain credit card information. This includes on paper and on our website server.
